Recover photos from camera memory card

Nowadays, digital cameras have been loaded with many advanced features which are easy-to-use and simple feature to click and capture excellent digital photos. As taking pictures, is the best way to capture all the precious moments of your life and can be saved for the future. Additionally these digital cameras can be easily carried everywhere. Usually these photos are stored on various kinds of memory cards used by the digital camera.

 

There are many cases where in you may try to transfer the captured pictures from a digital camera to the computer or laptop and this may sometimes result in loss of photos. Some of the most common reasons in which you may lose images are

 

• Accidental deletion of the photos using “Delete All” option while previewing them
• Accidental formatting of the memory card using the Format card option on the camera
• While transferring photos from camera memory card by connecting it to the computer using a USB cable
• Corruption of card in the digital camera
• Digital camera firmware failure
• Switching the camera off, when data is being transferred to and from it

 

 

In order to recover photos from camera memory card after all the above scenarios use digital camera memory card recovery software . This is camera memory card data recovery software to execute deleted file recovery digital camera. It recovers JPEG, RAW, etc. photo files, videos, audios, and other media files from the memory card. There is a separate build of the software for Windows and Mac computers. Hence, the software supports file recovery from Windows as well as Mac Operating System based computers. You can follow the steps given below, to recover memory card data.

 

Step 1: Remove the memory card from the digital camera, and connect it to a PC / laptop on which Memory Card Recovery software has already been installed. Run the software, either from the Programs Menu or by clicking on the desktop shortcut icon. A main window displays with "Recover Photos" option select the option as shown in Figure 1

Step 2: Select "Recover Lost Photos" option from the next screen. The software displays all the drives that are connected to the PC, select the memory card from which you want to recover lost photos as shown in Figure 2

Step 3: You can perform an additional search for files by selecting the file types provided or you an even add / edit file types that are not listed or you may skip this process by clicking on the "Skip" option as shown in Figure 3.

Step 4: Then the software scans the memory card for lost / deleted photos and once the scanning process is completed displays the found data which can be viewed by using "Data View" or "File Type View" option as shown in Figure 4

Step 5: You can make use of the "Preview" option to preview the recovered photos and evaluate the recovery results as shown in Figure 5.
